Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your instrument to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the instrument in its original case and shipping crate, ensuring all accessories and mouthpieces are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided return label or arrange for a tracked courier service to send the instrument back to our designated regional warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your full refund or apply the credit toward your new exchange instrument within 5-7 business days.
